At The Collective Salon, our goal is to offer exceptional customer service at every opportunity. We provide professional products and services needed for great hair.
COVID-19 Update
During these times, it is number one priority that everyone is safe. We are still accepting appointments during COVID-19 and we have updated our policy to keep everyone safe.
Masks must be worn at all times while inside
We perform a deep clean after each appointment wiping down all furniture and equipment used
To maintain physical distancing, we have limited availability
We are still accepting walk-ins however, to make sure you will have a slot, book online!

Walk-Ins
The Collective offers services by appointment and walk-in services, however, we encourage our clients to take the time schedule an appointment to ensure we have enough time is set aside to accommodate your service.
Running Late
Sometimes unforeseen circumstances mean running a little late to your appointment. Whether its traffic, a slow-moving barista at the coffee shop or a last minute schedule change. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may have to reschedule.
Rescheduling / No-Show / Cancelations
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask for a full 24 hours’ notice. We have reserved the time for you; however, out of respect to your stylist, if you need to reschedule, please give us the courtesy of a full day’s notice. After two consecutive No-Show’s we reserved the right to refuse appointments without a 50% deposit for the services booked.
Deposits
Cases like color corrections may require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated cost of the service when you book the appointment. The deposit will be credited toward your final total.
Please note that due to the subjective nature of our industry, The Collective does not issue cash refunds on services, and reserves the right to decline correction if it appears to be a request outside the scope of the original consultation.

GIVE BACK: Randy Evans and Sherri Georgakopolous believe in building authentic relationships with their customers and community. They understand how connecting through community outreach, cause-based programs, and corporate volunteering builds alignment between consumers and their company. The Collective Salon partners with several community organizations throughout the year for the common good.

Fashion SOULstice is the annual Gala for Justice and Soul Foundation. Bringing together salons, stylists, and designers, Fashion SOULstice is a live runway event that thrills and inspires, all in the name of doing good.
The 2017 Fashion SOULstice was a complete success. Our deep thanks to all who participated in this exciting event! Together we raised just over $150,000. Our team is excited to expand the vision in 2018.
